Emily VanCamp
Emily Irene VanCamp has been a Canadian actress for several years. She is well-known for the roles she played in film and television. The popularity of her is shared by both Canadian as well as American television. Emily became interested in the performing arts when she was in her 12th grade. She visited her older sister Katie at the film set. Once she discovered her passion in acting, she began taking acting classes and went for auditions. Initially she bagged a few commercials before being included in the Canadian children's television show Are You Scared of the Dark? It was the only scene that she didn't speak. Her first major break at 15, when she got a role as a regular character on Glory Days, a WB series Glory Days. Although the show was canceled after just nine episodes, Emily's acting attracted the attention of Dawson's Creek writer Greg Berlanti who enlisted her on his television show Everwood. Emily is an artist and ballerina, was recognized by Teen magazine as one of the most talented actresses under the age of 20. The actress was named the 51st on Maxim's Hot 100 list of 2014.
