April Lockhart

April Lockhart (born July 4 in 1995) started her musical journey at the age of 7 when she took piano and guitar classes. In the seventh grade, April began taking piano and guitar lessons. It sparked her interest to write songs. When April was 14 years old, she spent long hours making song concepts as well as perfecting the song. Over the next few years, she took notes together with her dad on trips to LA as well as NY. April began including other topics in Take My Hand for those of her peers who struggled in the face of peer pressure, disability or suicide. Lockhart collaborates with popular Clean Beauty brand Ilia as well as a lifestyle influencer with her own growing following. She was born without a left hand. This makes her unique. Nowadays, she can wear whatever she wants. and she shares her pictures to social networks. She says that self-love is a process. I'm not sure when you'll reach the point of no return. But I think that's for everyone, whatever they are struggling with. I think it's important to surround yourself with people who can identify and feel your heart.
